The Roose lab focuses on understanding cell fate decisions driven by cell-cell interactions and signaling pathways, in the context of cancer, autoimmune diseases, and COVID-19. Our collaborative research programs benefit from many technology platforms, such as organoids, CyTOF, single cell RNAseq, spectral flow, mouse models, and patient samples.
